Divya Mishra is a pretty focussed young lady. She works as a network engineer
for a big setup and seems to have a clear idea of how to chart her life. Fairly high
up on the priority list is doing her bit for humanity. "I grew up in Jamshedpur
and studied in Sacred Heart convent. Living in a small community certainly
strengthened my values. I feel it's important to do something more than working
and making money! But how? In my job I follow a very busy schedule. It's
impossible to make a regular commitment to any community program. I've found
that donating blood is absolutely the easiest way of giving something to society!"
And painless? Divya laughs. "I gave blood first time at school so I'm not a novice!
What's a pinprick?"
She adds "You've no idea how great you feel. Because you know you've done
something good..."
